1. Refund Policy

All purchases made with SHARIFAHSCHA SCARVES are non-refundable.

2. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only if:

• The product received is incorrect, or

• The product has manufacturing defects

Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product, with clear photo evidence.

3. Conditions for Exchange

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

• Tags must still be attached

• Shipping costs for exchanges may be borne by the customer unless the error is on our side

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Sale or promotional items

• Items damaged due to improper use or care

5. Approval of Exchange
